Oddly, this is a feature of the R8. When you have a head on collision, rather than total your car, you end up with a scrunched up R8.

Lmao I’m not surprised at all man. I’ve seen so much bullshittery on the road it just doesn’t make sense.

People that are not that into cars don’t care/know what the M or AMG or S badge stand for let alone are impressed by it.
